At the beginning of 2022, One Call implemented a web portal to streamline locate requests and improve efficiency and accuracy.
95% of locate requests are now successfully submitted through the web portal!

Regulation

  • The consultations regarding the Regulation supporting Bill 93 are concluded. The Ministry is reviewing the abundant feedback received from the industry
  • Following the Regulation’s approval, new Rules and Policies will be implemented. We will keep you updated.

Increased Contact Centre Staffing

One Call has been preparing for a new busy Dig Season! We are increasing the staffing of the Contact Centre and training new customer service reps 3 months earlier than in previous years so we can offer you a quicker and more efficient service.
