NOTICE OF 2022 ONTARIO ONE CALL’S ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Please join us for Ontario One Call’s – Annual General Meeting on June 16, 2022. In order to participate, click the Register Now button at the bottom of the page. By clicking the Register Now button, a registration page will open up in your browser and you will be asked to fill out pertinent information. Registration for the webinar will be available until Wednesday, June 15, 2022, at 4:00 pm.
The purpose of the Ontario One Call 2022 AGM is to review the organization’s strategic plan for 2022 and beyond. Board of Director appointments, appointment of auditor, and By-law amendments will be voted upon. The audited financial statements will also be reviewed.
If you would like to submit a proxy vote for the AGM before the June 15, 2022 closing date, you can either fill out this PDF form or use this online form.
