Front End Menu Change:
With the transition of the contact center, the front end menu has slight changes.
Please listen to the call recordings for appropriate queues,
1. At the beginning of the call;
a. Press 1 for French
b. Press 2 for English
2. After selecting your language;
a. Press 1 for Contractor
b. Press 2 for Homeowner
From these selections please listen carefully to the option you require
Two new queue additions for contractors;
Multiple request queue – the excavator selects this queue if they have more than 1 ticket to process
Single request queue – the excavator selects this queue if they have a single ticket to process
