Scheduled Down-Time

Please note that on October 24th, 2015 during the hours of 6:00 AM and 1:00 PM Ontario One Call is scheduled to move to a new location. During this time there will be service interruptions required in order to complete the move of our technology, no changes to your configuration are required at this time.

The following services will be offline during some or the entire time-window.

  • Web Portal
    • Ticket Creation
    • Ticket Search/Management/Status
  • Contractor Bridge
  • 360 Feedback

The call center will operate in manual mode and will be accepting emergency requests, with a manual dispatch to members.

Should changes regarding this date arise, a new communication will be sent to inform our users.
